Begin your journey by speaking with our academic counsellor. Get complete guidance about the course, eligibility, and learning process. Share your admission documents and course fee, and your enrolment will be successfully completed within minutes.
📧 Access Your Learning Account
Once enrolled, you will receive your official Login ID, Password, and Learner Code via email or message. This allows you to start learning immediately using your mobile phone, laptop, or desktop computer.
📚 Receive Study Materials at Home
All enrolled students are provided with printed learning materials. Books are delivered to your doorstep across Odisha with a nominal delivery charge, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted learning.
💻 Attend Online/ Recorded Theory Sessions
Attend structured theory classes through online learning mode. Study anytime and anywhere with complete flexibility. Our learning system is available 24×7, allowing you to progress at your own pace.
🧠 Complete Internal Assessment
During the course duration, students can appear for the internal assessment using a laptop or computer at a convenient time. Successfully completing this step makes you eligible for the final examination.
📝 Appear for the Final Examination
After internal assessment approval, you will receive your final exam admit card. The final examination is conducted at the BIIT Computer Education Office, Dahita, under proper supervision.
🌐 Download Your Digital Certificate
Approximately one month after the final exam, students can download their official Marksheet-cum-Certificate directly from the OSOU official website using their unique learner code.
📦 Receive Certificate Hard Copy
The original hard copy of your certificate is dispatched to your registered address via Speed Post by BIIT Computer Education, ensuring safe and reliable delivery.
